Hey! Thanks for dropping by! I’m Jerry, a full time artist, comic book illustrator and graphic novelist. My encouraging friends insist on calling me ‘THE Jerry Bennett’, but I won’t insist on such formality. Just call me Jerry.

I’ve created just about everything my nerd-heart has dreamed of, from official Stan Lee art, to licensed shirt designs and sketchcards for Marvel, DC and Star Wars, to storyboards for Disney, Dreamworks and Saban, to animated book trailers for Macmillan books and more.

But my bucket list goals lie in writing and drawing comics. I’ve always wanted to tell stories, and comics are my favorite format to do that. I’ve illustrated comics for several authors in Oklahoma and a few other nearby spots, and even designed and drew a comic for the Pioneer Library System that served as their annual report, which won awards locally and at ALA.

I just handed off the Paseo Art District's Artist Resident position in Oklahoma City's historic Skirvin Hilton hotel, where I created and presented comic art for the gallery setting and enabled visitors to learn the process of comic art, and create their own work.

I love presenting and teaching workshops, whether in person and online, on comic art and children's illustration all over the world.

But really, I just want to entertain and move you through my comics storytelling. I’m currently drawing Glamorella’s Daughter with Charles J. Martin and Brandy Williams for Literati Press, and currently writing a few graphic novels I plan to illustrate.
